In April of 2008, my husband and I were making our way back to the US after the completion of his UN Mission in East Timor ( Timor-Leste ). We stopped in Bangkok for a couple of nights.
We decided to talk a walk through the mall. As we walked through Central World mall and saw the most fantastic display of balloon art! Here is where my passion for balloon decor began.
